This document outlines the terms under which customers may request and receive refunds for VR games, subscriptions, downloadable content, and services associated with our platform. By accessing, downloading, or purchasing content from us, you agree to comply with the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of purchase and whether the product or service has been used. To maintain a fair and efficient process, all refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are typically returned to the original method of payment and may take between 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment processor and financial institution.
2. Digital VR Game Purchases
- Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction.
- You have not played the game for more than 60 minutes total.
- The game was not a part of a bundle that has already been used in part or in full.
- No additional content, such as DLC or exclusive items, has been redeemed or consumed.
Once a game has been extensively used or downloaded on multiple devices, the possibility for a refund is significantly reduced unless it is due to proven technical errors.
3. Technical Issues
- You must report the issue to our customer support within 10 days of purchase.
- You may be required to perform basic troubleshooting or share logs/screenshots to help us identify the issue.
- If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
We take technical integrity seriously and prioritize user experience. However, technical issues caused by unsupported hardware or failure to meet system requirements are not grounds for a refund.
4. VR Game Subscriptions
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days, provided the service has not been used.
- Renewal payments can be refunded if the request is submitted within 3 days of the billing date and no content has been accessed.
- Partial usage of subscription benefits may result in a prorated refund or denial based on case-by-case review.
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but canceling does not guarantee a refund unless it aligns with the timeframe mentioned above.
5. Pre-Orders for VR Titles
- The cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the official release date.
- No part of the pre-order content (such as early access demos or downloadable bonuses) has been used or activated.
After the game's release, standard refund policies for VR game purchases will apply.
6. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items
- The item was purchased unintentionally (must be reported within 24 hours).
- The item was never delivered or usable due to system error.
- A duplicate purchase occurred.
All refund requests for virtual items must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the purchase date. Requests outside this timeframe may be denied.
7. Gifted Games and Content
- The gift must be unclaimed and not redeemed.
- The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
Once a gift has been accepted or activated by the recipient, it becomes ineligible for a refund.
8. Bundled and Promotional Offers
- If none of the items in the bundle have been used or downloaded, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days.
- If part of the bundle has been used, a partial refund may be offered based on the unused content.
- Promotional offers (e.g., discounted bundles or time-limited bonuses) are not refundable once any part is activated.
9. Abuse Prevention and Fair Use
- Multiple refund requests within short periods may be flagged for review.
- Accounts found to be misusing the policy (e.g., purchasing and refunding repeatedly) may lose refund privileges.
- All refund requests are logged and reviewed to ensure compliance.
We reserve the right to decline any refund request that appears fraudulent or manipulative.

To initiate a refund request, please:
- Log into your VRealm Journal account.
- Navigate to your purchase history.
- Select the item you wish to refund.
- Click on “Request Refund” and provide the reason and any supporting documentation.
Our customer support team will review your case and respond within 5 business days with a decision. Approved refunds are processed promptly, though exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
